The mathematical theories that sit behind the Fibonacci sequence inform this beautiful dance film featuring the Chamaeleon Collective. Developed in 2021 with funding from Events ACT's Winter Festival funds this film accompanies a live dance work of the same name that the Chamaeleon's perform in and around Canberra.
Dance lovers of all ages – professionals and amateurs – from all over the world responded to the call and danced their own individual NELKEN-Line as established by the Pina Bausch Foundation.
Over the past four years, dance enthusiasts around the world have danced the Nelken-Line and submitted their videos. 391 groups joined this venture and The A Team was the 391st and last group to join. The A Team is a collective of dancers from Canberra's CDTeens, the Xtreme Stars and the Dream Team.
