International Women's Day 2025

Join us for International Women's day to celebrate women of all ages and abilities.

What: We are offering a Weaving Workshop, mini pitch session and a performance exploring stories of female empowerment and achievement for International Women's Day 2025.

​

With the support of an ACT Senior's Grant and many arts and business leaders we bring a stunning and warm collection of Canberra performers and creators together to engage, connect and champion female empowerment.

4.30-5.30: Weaving Workshop led by Emma Laverty

6pm: Performance beginning with some mini pitches from Canberra artists and business women

Who: Chamaeleon Collective, 4 Me Dancers, Karin Adriansdatter, Project Dust, The GOLD Company, Rachael Hilton, Zsuzsi Soboslay, Liz Lea and more!

This project builds on the 2024 project specially conceived to celebrate the 2024 theme for International Women's Day 2024 is Count Her In: Accelerating Gender Equality Through Economic Empowerment.
